<Posting this response on behalf of a good friend of mine who has enjoyed our rp story-line. Enjoy>

Somewhere off in the cantina’s side room, a worn-out middle aged man collapsed in a corner where wall met floor, his palms rose in a near-pleading gesture at blaster-point. It was clear he so desperately wanted to continue living, but truly didn’t believe he would be so lucky.

His attacker? A larger, swarthy, more sinister man loomed above him, observing his fear with the awe of a sith--the characteristic revelment of fear mixed with power. A learned behavior spanning a decade and a half of humiliation, torture, and pent up rage--that much shown across his scarred and tattooed visage. For now, the grimey man’s sniveling faded to the recesses of his attention while he stared. The thoughts of his ancestors screaming down woefully from Manda in shame and horror at what time did to him, he was a mere shell of his former self; mechanical, selfish, and cruel.

His armor spoke volumes of the type of man he was-- it was a long time since the Mandalorian shell of beskar saw repairs, or even a new paint touch-up. Shamefully, whatever Mandalorian insignia once painted on his armor had been scratched away by aggressive scrapings of a knife from an angry hand, exposing the silvery metal underneath. Blaster burns and dented dings remained where they struck, for whoever knew how long. It dishonored his ancestors by the abuse of such an heirloom, beskar’gam passed through generations, and remolded, now left in this state and strapped to a wearer who just didn’t care.

“Seaamros, hold on! Listen!” Begged the haggard man, restoring the armored man’s attention out of the daydream, and unfortunately to the present once again. Seaamros squatted in front of the man for something close to direct eye contact, and the toothpick wedged between his lips pensively shifted from one corner to the other.

“Shhh.” Seaamros said, yet peering upon his tattooed face, where black ink traced across numerous scars and covered the majority with a design of a skull, a classless design resembling status markings made with razorblades in imperial prisons. The design made his eyes appear deeper in their sockets; it was little in the way for comfort despite his cooing.

The middle aged man attempted to squeeze in another plea, “I’ll keep selling. By the end of--”

“Stitch your lipsꜛ,” Seaamros replied and raised his blaster toward the man again, just to shut him up, “You’re walking a hard mileꜜ, I kriffin’ swear. Do yourself a solid and stop bleedin¹.”

He leaned forward with the blaster and lightly slapped the worn-out man’s cheek with the barrel, “You’re a regular padawan of the cross trade².”

The man on the floor in front of Seaamros looked upward in worried confusion. The slang Seaamros used was a blend of terrible basic and poor Nar Shaddaa slang spoken mostly by near-humans. They tended to butcher words when they could--he didn’t really know what Seaamros was saying.

    “Wh..what..?” He said, sweating bullets,“I don’t kno--.”

… Just like that, Seaamros shoved the barrel in the middle-aged man’s mouth, jamming the barrel roughly past his teeth and chipping a few along the way.

“WHERE’S MY DAMN SPICE!?” Seaamros snarled…and if he realized the question would be impossible to answer with a blaster in someone’s mouth, he didn’t show it. Perhaps he was unwell, and the connection was slow to take, “HUH!?”

A young twi’lek coasted into the room with a tray of drinks, barely stumbling in her step because she did not expect to view such an episode upon entry. She knew Seaamros, she knew not to interfere and how indiscriminate he was with his temper. What he did to this man, he would easily do to her, and would think very little of it.

“S..Seaamros,” She said, and approached his side so she could lean over and whisper softly in his ear.

“Those..soldiers are back. A lot of them.” She whispered worriedly. She wasn’t exactly pleased with warning Seaamros, but she did like the credits he paid her with. It didn’t impress Seaamros. He’d seen lots of soldiers in his time, he was one… and they all died the same. A subtle shake of his head was enough to convey his lack of concern.

“I think it’s that… Alpha.. Company?” She whispered again.

Oh hell. He thought. This was different. They were sharper, better trained, and trouble was bad for business.

Reluctantly, he pulled the blaster out of his minion’s mouth. The last thing he wanted was the sound of a blaster luring them here to inspect the room, that’s how stupid people get caught--he couldn’t shoot his minion here, no. That was too messy.

“One more week.” He said while rising and straightening out, lowering his blaster to his side and allowing an electromagnetic pull to jerk the weapon out of his hand and fasten it to his thigh, “Just one more week.”

He told the man to get out with a commanding jerk of his head, to which the middle-aged man had no hesitation for getting up and quite literally sprinting out of the room. Beyond the doorway, Seaamros heard the clattering of glasses as the relieved man likely knocked some drinks off a table, bumping them, on his way to exit the cantina.

“What if he… runs for the spaceport?” The twi’lek asked, nervous about getting in to Seaamros’s business, but he wasn’t the only one paying her for information, and huttese currency was the best to have in these parts.

“He’ll go home and pack first.” Seaamros said, implying that he intended to kill him anyway, and this was not the man’s lucky day.

With that he stepped out of the room, simply walking through the mess of glass and alcohol just past the doorway, and pausing to gaze toward the bar where the soldiers sat.

One of them, he recognized with mild surprise, he was good at concealing it from his expressions, but it resulted in a little more lengthy of a stare than he intended.

It happened quick. Dronos begins to feel the effects of the alcohol. Not drunk, but getting there. Eos enjoys the atmosphere for a few seconds, he temporarily zones out with his ears going deaf and eyes scanning the cantina. Heh there she is talking to me, if only she knew I can’t hear her, ha! What the hell is in this drink, geez Nakari, we’re gonna have to talk about this.Dronos looks at Nakari as she talks and nods, unable to hear her because he’s still zoned out, he attempts to focus, but he can’t. His eyes look behind ‘Kari to Kateri, and smiles seeing her wild out and just be herself. The smile stays as his close friend Corporal Victus shows his face. Illumori, with the help of Kateri, helped Dronos enter the 203rd. Their faith in him then is now being rewarded with the Sergeant’s dedication and positive influence among the Company. Those two had a big impact on him since he joined, and as he thought to himself, don’t worry guys, I got your six.

      BOOM!

Dronos barely heard the loud noise that startled Victus who, quickly walked over across towards the other end of the cantina where the two Shield Specialists were at from earlier. Her raises an eyebrow, but was still zoned out until.

      SLAP!

A ‘’lovely’’ slap from Nakari snapped Dronos back into business.

Yeah let's focus a bit better Sergeant, don’t be rude.

UH, OW!? You know pinching is effective as well, or even a nudge.

I’ll add it to my list, it’s best you don’t encourage me.

      Noted.

Nakari smirks knowing her slap hurt, but she didn’t mind not one bit, if anything she enjoyed it. Dronos frowned as they spoke, he held his cheek briefly before drinking the last amount of his drink. Nakari turns to have her back face the cantina, Dronos does the same. Both Sergeants just people watch seeing what’s going on. It was shore leave, time to relax a bit, let your mind run for a bit, or at the very least relax. Dronos leans back against the bar top, placing both elbows on the bar top, claiming his spot. He looks at Nakari, eyeing a dancer, he smirks thinking of another joke to say. As his thoughts wonder about what to say, he sees a man approach Kateri. Na he has no chance, Kat’ will make him look like a fool. Why do the creepers come from behind. I won’t hate, but I’ll enjoy what happens next. Dronos talks to himself as he sees what Kateri would do to the Mandalorian looking man running his hand through his hair like he had won already.

Not even a few seconds later, Illumori walks up to Kateri and is alarmed by the man standing behind Kateri.

      HEY!

Stands up off his bar stool, and walks pasting the quiet Sergeant, minding her own business. Dronos slows his pace down a bit as he looks on at Illumori, reaching for his sidearm. Eos quickly reaches for his blaster, gripping it tightly, waiting for sudden movements. Nakari looks at Dronos and shrugs, knowing nothing is going to happen, and even if it did, she’d play it cool, calm, and collected. Dronos eyes look down to his right at Nakari, then back at Illumori, who after a quick couple seconds, lets go of his sidearm. No fucking way… said the Corporal as now he looks surprised to see the mystery Mandalorian looking man than wanting to shoot him on sight. Geez, they fucking know each other...this could have gotten messy. Dronos thinks to himself as he relaxes his grip on his blaster and sighs out loud. He feels a nudge from a cold glass and a couple fingers on his right forearm. Nakari holds out a new full glass of alcohol, “ Go ahead, drink up, you’re too tense for me right now, you’re killing my vibe.” Dronos nods at Nakari and takes the glass, immediately taking a nice long sip, relishing every taste bud springing into action by the touch of the cold alcohol running down his throat.

The young Sergeant relaxes himself, even slouching a little bit as he turns to sit back in his old seat next to Nakari. As he turns, he sees a familiar face. A face he has seen before, unsure from where. Maybe the alcohol doesn’t allow him to remember right away. A stare back is seen as the Mandalorian looks back at Dronos. The mystery man keeps his composure, keeping it cool and walks away, not leaving the cantina just yet. Dronos with a confused face sits back down, trying to remember if the Mandalorian was a killer from his home system, Taspin lll.

‘Kari...check out that guy over there...I think he’s on the wanted list. I think his name is, Seaamros...

Eroca sighed with relief, as Abraxis played off his collapse on his drink. She wasn't quite sure whether to believe him or not, but she was having fun. The point of having fun was to not worry, right and honestly, do I really know him well enough to truly care? She extended her free arm down to him, still gripping her drink and giving him a smile, "Damn new blood, you can't be done already!" she amusingly exclaimed as she pulled his ass off the floor. Her heart skipped a beat as the swift motion brought them face to face and closer than she was comfortable with. There was something about him that she found compelling, yes, but she knew the majority of what she thought and felt were heavily influenced by the alcohol coursing through her veins. Eroca broke eye contract with him, shaking her head and letting out a breathy laugh, "I warned you. Guess you weren't man enough to take it," she teased, giving him a wink before turning swiftly turning on heel back towards the bar.

She tossed the rest of her glass' contents down her throat, sighing deeply as the taste slowly left her mouth. The trooper grabbed one of the drinks that were sent over, ready to down this one as well. Eroca glanced back to Abraxis, "You coming or do you need a time out?" she smirked, her eyes gleaming. She didn't know what she wanted to do now. Talking seemed nice enough, dancing seemed like something only alcohol could convince her was fun. She figured she'd let Abraxis decided, since she pretty much claimed his company for the night. She would need a lot more liquid courage to approach someone else, especially the NCO's.

The woman pushed a strand of her dark brown hair behind her ear, wondering what was next on this journey towards fun.

With one hand, she lifted him up off the floor with surprisingly little effort. Abraxis was a large man in full armor, minus his helmet. Such a feat would have been impossible for most women. However, Eroca was not at all like most women. It was not her strength that caught him by surprise, but her grace. She had not even shaken her drink in the other hand.

As he regained his footing, he found himself far too close to Eroca. Face to face, they were mere inches apart. Like from the heat of the Tatooine suns, again his temperature rose and his skin reddened. He was sure this was no effect of the alcohol either.

How long have I been staring at her? Do I have to stop?

As if in answer, Eroca jabbed, "I warned you. Guess you weren't man enough to take it." and quickly turned away. Grabbing another drink, she challenged Abraxis, "You coming or do you need a timeout?" Abraxis was never one to back down from a challenge. Time to earn your right. A favorite phrase from one of his instructors in the academy, often followed by a haze fest involving rearranging furniture.

As Abraxis reached for his new drink, he found his eyes still fixed upon her. As if he was observing a target, he studied her every move. What is it about her that intrigues me so? The cantina fell silent. As an aura formed around the two, all other patrons faded away. He watched as she pushed a strand of hair behind her ear, exposing her neck, a vulnerability. She must be getting more comfortable with him, and Abraxis was all too eager.

Calm down. Focus. Aim small, miss small.

He again found himself staring too long and swiftly turned his focus to the drink in his hand. The loud ambience from the cantina resumed and the faces in the crowd reappeared as Abraxis regained awareness of his surroundings. Answering the challenge, he chugged the contents of his drink. He then fulfilled his promise to buy the next round of drinks.

Turning to the bartender, "Two more glasses of that pink watered down poodoo. Send some down there as well." He pointed to where the NCOs were gathered. Perhaps a few more drinks would loosen them up enough to make contact. Although, Sgt. Kateri looked plenty loose already.

Speaking of loosening up. It's now or never.

Looking back to Eroca, he dared not think twice. Quick and decisive maneuvers were the keys to victory. "What do you say we smash these drinks and hit the dance floor?"

((Sorry for delay late as always lol))

Neves quickly reacted to Illumori's reach and pulled his own weapon... two fingers formed together in the shape of a blaster. With a wide smile he greeted his friend. "Bang... gotcha." He chuckles to himself as he beckons Illumori closer so that he may speak to the two NCOs. He then turns his attention back to Kateri. His smile widens even further after seeing her come to attention for him. "Now is there really need for that Sergeant? I mean I did give up my commission to go on this venture of mine if you remember." He glances around the cantina again. Taking note of the shapes of different troopers fading in and out of the varying lights as they move around. "I see that you all have done a fine job in securing the location. Kicking ass across the galaxy as usual."

Neves runs his armored hand through his beard a winks a the two NCOs. "And this my friends is called a disguise. No one is going to be looking for Neves Eanur looking like this!" He exclaims extending his arms and putting everything on display like a fashion model. "To answer your first question though, I'm doing find now. My business that took me away from my duties as an officer is nearly concluded... just a few loose ends to tie up. That would be the reasoning behind my appearance. Sometimes to find the big bad wolf, one has to search in the deep dark forest." Neves smirks, he looks down at a drunk passed out with his head on the counter. Neves eyes the drunk's half finished drink and picks it up. He smells the liquid and raises an eyebrow in response, then takes a swig and empties the glass. Placing the empty glass on the counter he throws a nod towards the lower area of the club. "Lots of new shinies... they up to the task?" He inquires the seasoned NCOs.
