AAR: Tatooine Patrol
Division of the Republic Army
After Action Report
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Unit Information
Unit: 203rd REL "Alpha Company"
C.O.: Major Qorbin Oca
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Deployment Report
Planet: Tatooine
Formation Size: 6
Troops in Formation:
Major Qorbin
Captain Viozaer
Sergeant Fairbairn
Corporal Mij
Recruit Prokelaar
Recruit Nuzole
Areas Patrolled: Outposts Thorazan through Zaroshe
Initial Contact: 0105Z
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Contact Report:
Enemy Encountered: House Kil'ndar, Dark Council of the Sith, WarZone Junkiez, Mutiny, Clan Epsis, Judges of the Unworthy, Despoilers of Heresy, unguilded enemies
Friendly/Neutral Encountered: Knights of Sokan, Crimson Sand, unguilded allies
Contact Summary:
Contact began near Outpost Thorazan when Cpl. Mij came across a 54 Sniper and 55 Marauder in combat with 3 allies. After aiding our allies and discouraging the Imperials from staying on our base's front yard, the 4-man team ran recce on Outpost Zaroshe in hopes of encouraging some WPvP. 3 or 4 Imp 55s were repeatedly dispatched with a low-level Imp getting caught in the crossfire. After 5-10 minutes, Imperials were seen reinforcing their base. A request for Republic backup was then issued, resulting in 2 members of Alpha joining the fight. After House Kil'ndar entered the field and demonstrated what they were capable of, a CTA was called. We fought hard and made several pushes, but to no avail. After repeated defeats, the decision to quit the field was made.
Positive Points:
• Response was fast from all members.
Negative Points:
• Reinforcements from allies were lacking resulting in the fight quickly becoming unbalanced.
• During combat, ally took WZ pop without even mentioning it.
Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
Credit where it's due, even not factoring in the numbers disadvantage, the enemy soundly defeated us. Our opponents have learned from us. House Kil'ndar has the organization, tactics, and discipline to give us a good fight, even going so far as to insist other Imperials put their companions away. Had they wanted to, they could have pushed to our base and kept us at our spawn, other Imperials expressed a desire to, but Kil'ndar demonstrated restraint and order. Recommend training recruits and revising tactics to counter the increased ability of the enemy.
