Enemy Encountered: <NOVA>, <Requiem of the Old Empire>
Friendly/Neutral Encountered: Barcas, 8 <Marine Expeditionary Unit>, <Crimson Legion>
Contact Summary: We were alerted through fleet chat by Barcas that an attack was imminent in the Dune Sea on Tatooine. LT Riike, Aiwha and I went to respond. We arrived at Thorozan and moved out to Zaroshe. Once at Zaroshe we started seeing the enemy trickling in. The stayed behind their guards until they had build up to at least a five strong group at which point they attacked us and wiped us. We moved back cautiously expecting them to push toward our base. Instead we found them waiting right by their base, where they killed us again.
Having had enough of this, we called MEU for help. They showed with 8 more people and Thavious also logged on to help us. <Crimson Legion> also showed up but MEU were insistent on not working with them in any capacity and Crimson Legion were talking shit to MEU. With the enemy having gained forces as well, it was now an even fight. Unfortunately the enemy refused to take ground and kept either staying by their base or harassing us with stealthers until they left. We finished by killing a commander and giving the loot to MEU since our ship was completed.
Positive Points:
We got some WPvP
We killed a commander and gave the loot to MEU to help them out.
Negative Points:
Requiem and NOVA are no fun to do WPvP against.
MEU and Crimson Legion have some sort of beef.
Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
We did what we could against cowardly tactics. Then we killed a commander.
