Event Report:
Enemy Encountered: A lone Imperial from <Vicious> who vacated the premises immediately
Friendly/Neutral Encountered: None
Event Summary: Following the SOI2 course, Alpha Company traveled to Outlaw's Den, where they divided into three assault group sized teams led by 1LT Neves, 1SG Ricky, and 1SG Ranque. Team members were determined randomly. Two teams engaged in combat at a time, starting at different locations in Outlaw's Den. The remaining team in each round were free to follow and watch the battles. There were three rounds in total, which allowed each team to fight twice. Each group rotated leadership, allowing less experienced members to try their hand at leading a small unit in combat. After each engagement, all teams reassembled to discuss the battle. At the end, participants engaged in a free-for-all in the circular pit inside Outlaw's Den (which ended in a tie between Ranque and Ch'krosa) before returning to Anchorhead.
Positive Points:
Negative Points:
Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
The event generally seemed to go well, and the reaction from participants was positive. Participants gained more experience fighting in small groups, and we also got to fight each other, which is not something we get to do very often. If this event were to occur again in the future, I would look into ways to speed up the process so that we can get more fights in. Also, while teams were randomized (and thus somewhat intentionally unbalanced) this time, one might experiment with putting balanced teams together beforehand (during signups, possibly).

Positive Points:
- The command staff and more experienced members were helpful and offered useful criticism.
- Specialists and troopers were able to experience leading small groups in combat, and stepped up to the task well.
Negative Points:
- Members having to leave the guild for the event was a bit of a hassle.
- Each round took longer than I had anticipated, and we only had time for three.
