Enemy Encountered: <Toth and Zorn> <Firebrand and Stormcaller> <Colonel Vorgath> <Warlord Kephess>
Friendly/Neutral Encountered: None
Contact Summary: At first we were deciding what operation to do, and once we decided we had to get another tank. Our group was only lightly geared, so that caused us problems. We wiped about 10 times in total and did not finish the operation because people were getting tired.
Positive Points:
We just need to read up on mechanics before fights even if you know what’s going on double check. We need to help get our people decent gear so they can be more effective. For us winging it, we did great and I look forward to attempting this operation again sometime soon.

Contact Summary: At first we were deciding what operation to do, and once we decided we had to get another tank. Our group was only lightly geared, so that caused us problems. We wiped about 10 times in total and did not finish the operation because people were getting tired.
Positive Points:
- We did well for going in on Hard mode with some people not having a clue what to do.
- Everyone had great endurance for this uncompleted 5 hour op.
- We wiped many times due to a failed mechanic or poor communication.
- Some people were getting grumpy during the operation.
