Event Report:
Enemy Encountered: None.
Friendly/Neutral Encountered:
Event Summary: Alpha Company personnel used the momentary lull in activity during Operation Snowblast to congregate and conduct a training session on the Bounty Hunter and Republic Trooper class archetypes and their associated advanced classes, specializations, and mirrored abilities. This course covered each advanced class and specialization in detail to include specific defense cooldowns and main ability rotations in order to give all participating students a solid foundation of how these classes operate and how they can be countered. Key points such as defensive cooldowns, offensive cooldowns, and player strategies were also covered to increase proficiency when facing these opens in both staged and open world combat environments. Several students were unable to stay for the full duration of the program, and were unable to successfully complete the entirety of the course and must retake it during the next iteration to receive full course credit. Their participation is being annotated in this AAR for recognition, but only students who stayed throughout the entire program will be granted applicable course credit.
Positive Points:
The course was successfully completed according to the training plan and all topics were covered. This course met its intended goal of instructing our membership on the capabilities and limitations of the Republic Trooper and Bounty class archetypes and specializations. All students claimed they learned new skills after completing this program. Additional practice and "one on one" mentorship is needed to further teach advanced combat concepts and skills to newer members.

Positive Points:
- The course started about 15 minutes late, and ran about 15 minutes after the scheduled end time as a consequence.
- Students asked excellent questions and received informative answer to their gameplay and specialization questions.
- Many troopers learned new tricks and skills to utilize in PvP environments.
- The instructor frequently had to review topics to ensure students adequately retained the material
- Frequent outside interruptions (third parties PMing students and the instructor) frequently distracted participants and led to some topics requiring additional review
- Our focus leaned heavily on Vanguard/Commando visuals, and although Mercenary and Powertech visual aids were available, they were demonstrated significantly less than the vanguard equivalents due to instructor familiarity and favoritism of Republic classes over Imperial.
