Event Summary: Alpha Company conducted a Producing Veteran Players Academy session on Ord Mantell in front of waves of new server joins in order to improve our combat prowess as well as showcase ourselves to potential new members. The event went smoothly, with over an hour of constructive training for all participants.

Post Operation Assessment
Positive Points:
• Our training location was high visibility, and we had 4-5 onlookers at any given point
• Most who attended felt like they learned or honed their skills against specific classes.
• It stayed focused on training, and did not devolve into personal glory or bragging
Negative Points:
• Because it was not in the original location of Outlaw's Den, we were unable to do cross-faction or team-based training scenarios.
Overall Assessment/Recommendations:
A successful iteration of the Academy. The next session will likely be in a cross faction location in order to train against Sith/Imperial classes (and their unique buff/debuff icons) as well as supporting teamplay training.
