Post Operation Assessment

Positive Points:

• We cleared all of EV and got some loot.
• Everyone followed directions very well and we only had a single wipe.
• A lot of people volunteered at the last minute in order to make the raid happen.
• Everyone was clear on the loot procedures tonight.

Negative Points:

• I was an hour late.
• A lot of people left before I could see their gear that I'm pretty sure could have been added to a roster.

Recommendations:
If you think you can be added to a new roster let me know so I can check your gear.
I will drive my own car and leave practice early if I have to to get to raid on time in the future since the people leading practices like to go over time.

Gun and Offhand: rating 140 or better. Either PvE or PvP.
Relics: Battlemaster or better PvP, Columi or better PvE or Matrix Cube relic
Everything else: Columi or better PvE, no PvP gear, no exceptions.
