Contact Summary: This FTX had a good turnout, everyone got a chance to try out both sides, and it helped warm everyone up for the Basic Training which followed afterwords. Everyone had fun and left the event happier, in addition several of the new recruits got a chance to try out some of the maneuvers and tactics we use in Alpha Company.

Positive Points:

• We had good attendance at the event
• Balance of teams was good
• Since the last event everyone is getting better

Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
Overall this was a great FTX with great attendance. I feel that everyone had a good time and left with a better understanding of how to work as a team and use maneuvers and maintain distance properly.
