Friendly/Neutral Encountered: N/A
Contact Summary: This FTX has a good turnout, while the insurgents didn't win as much as previous, this is most likely due to the recent influx of players. For a little while I will give more people to the OpFor team till it evens out. Mij, Arracos, Ranque, and several others did well in leading there squads during the training exercise. During this exercise I decided to fully add friendly fire, which led to more than a few friendly casualties, luckily as the games progressed this decreased rapidly as the participants learned fire control.

Post Operation Assessment
Positive Points:
I will give OpFor more numbers the next time that the event is held in order to even it out. Overall everyone had fun in the event and we had a great turnout. I will continue to use friendly fire within the exercises to better train fire discipline.

- We had good attendance at the event
- Alot of people got a chance at leading squads
- I feel that everyone got a chance to improve there tactics and fire control with the addition of friendly fire.
- Several casualties were sustained due to friendly fire, luckily this decreased as the games went on
