Contact Summary: This FTX was held on Nar Shaddaa, I decided to let somebody else command the squads in order to give them practice commanding squads. Specialist Kev volunteered to be squad leader and did an excellent job controlling the squad and using formations effectively for the situation.

Post Operation Assessment

Positive Points:

• We had good attendance at the event
• Kev did a very good job leading the squad
• Overall the balance of the teams was good.

Negative Points:

• We are starting to run out of areas that are good locations for this FTX.

Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
So far keep the teams at a 5/2 ratio seems to be doing very well and I will continue to keep the ratio at this number for as long as it continues to work. Kev did an excellent job commanding his squad and lead them to victory several times.
