Enemy Encountered: N/A
Friendly/Neutral Encountered: N/A
Contact Summary: Noticing that there was several players online I organized a FTX that consisted of two teams BlueFor and Opfor(Insurgents). Bluefor was tasked with eliminating the Insurgents in an urban environment with where the insurgents were disguised and tried to blend into the crowd. While many of the wargames were close, Bluefor ended up winning the majority of the time.

Overall Assessment and Recommendation:
The operation was a great success, not only did everyone have fun but it was a great team building exercise. The structure of the training forced the teams to use tactics that they had learned in there Basic Training like formations and how to search building in order to beat the insurgents in unique situations. The insurgents also had to come up with unique tactics to counter a force which outnumbered them. I will be making this operation a weekly event and I hope to see more and more people at each event so we can split up into squads and cover larger areas.

- Everyone really enjoyed the event
- I was able to iron out any kinks in the event before making it a weekly event
- It let us use unique strategies and tactics in different situations that we normally do not cover in training often.

- It would have been nice to have more people
