Holy crap. Must get the funds to get internet and subscribe/lvl speed my entire account again.

*sigh* I miss my legacy class buffs.

Where did it say start a lvl 60 character? Is that for each AC you reach lvl 60 with? Or what. Or is it any AC to 60 if you only lvl 1?
