Have you completed Chapter 3 with a particular class of character? Good.
Open up your Legacy Panel, under Achievements go to Location and then General. Click on the subtab for Chapter 3 and click on a class you've completed it with. In the bottom right, there is a Reward of that class wall decoration that is found above class trainers. Right click on that Circular Sign 50 times to max it out and repeat this for each class you've done this with.
This is potentially another 400 wall hooks that fit in the Green and Blue blocks that's ideal for filling out your Stronghold Bonus.
